What happens in the free workout?
During the athlete's first 60-minute workout, a Shoot 360 coach will take you through a typical membership workout. This includes 30 minutes of skills station work and 30 minutes of shooting station work. The coach will be there the entire time to guide you through a fun and thorough workout.
Skills Station
These 30 minutes are dedicated to passing and ball handling. The 360 proprietary technology along with your coach, will put your skills to the test. No matter if you are a 7 year old beginner or Steph Curry, our skills stations have drills fit to challenge your game. In addition, you will virtually compete with Shoot 360 athletes across the globe.
Shooting Station
This is where the real fun begins! Have you ever trained like an NBA player? Our cutting-edge technology provides instant objective feedback with actual hands-on, one-on-one coaching that will help make you the best shooter on any court. 28 of the 30 NBA teams train with the same tech! During your shooting evaluation, link up with other Shoot 360 athletes and compete virtually!
